Is Xbox 360 backwards compatable with Xbox games?

The XBox360 is not 100% backwards compatible with older games. (This is also true for the Playstation 3.)

If it is not on the list, the XBox360 will not let you try to play it. Halo is on the list.

you can play certain xbox games with the 360 but you need the hard drive(dont know why but I tried fable with out the hard drive it wouldent play but with the hard drive it did LOL) So yes it is more of a 60/40 give ore take on the yes side
