Ummm. unless you're getting induced or going in for a planned pregnancy, or your psychic is REALLY good, i'm gonna have to say never.... the only thing you can do is an E.D.D. (estimated due date) This date is exactly 40 weeks after the start of your last period. But due dates are not an exact science. A pregnancy is considered full term if you are between 38 and 42 weeks, and baby will not even necessarily be born between those times. And if you have irregular periods, it's even less likely to be right because of the date of conception being less likely to be exactly 2 weeks after your period. When you go for an ultrasound/sonogram, they can date your pregnancy (tell you how far along you are) based on the development of the baby. That will also give you a more accurate E.D.D. than using your last period. Hope this gave you all the information you need!!

Not unless you have a c-section & even then they will only know the day! If they or anyone for that matter could do that don't you think they would???
Average 1st pregnancy is 41 weeks 1 day, average pregnancy with prior births is 40 weeks 3 days but you can safely go 2 weeks past that. Just be patient, your body & baby know best! Sorry! Hope that will put your mind at ease.
Try to concentrate on educting yourself as much as possible about labor & delivery... That knowledge will come in more handy than knowing exactly when you will give birth... That way you will be prepared for when that time comes... A great book is "The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth" By Henci Goer!!! Very informative...

40 weeks from the first day of your last period.
This is the usual guide date.
But if your cycle is longer than two weeks this can affect the date. Also, birth can occur between 37 and 42 weeks. So the date is only a rough guide.
type "Due Date Calculator" into Google for a few different sites that help you work it out.

The DRs will do a scan and give youa date based on the size of the baby and the date of conception but you can realistically expect to go 2 weeks either side of this date.
So in short no.

Afraid not! the litle angels tend to turn up when they feel like it and not before. Due dates can only ever be a rough guideline. even after a scan.
