Nair won't sting, unless of course you want to go for a totally bare thing.

Don't shave. You'll regret it when it starts growing back and itches a ton and you can't scratch it.

Wax over shaving definately! Shaving makes the problem worse believe me! If you shave over a long period of time the hair is thicker, courser and prickly when growing back. Waxing over time will do the opposite. If you are embarassed about having someone else do it, there are plenty of do at home products which work well but just make sure you have the guts to rip it off quick and always, always pull the skin very tight! I have found the pre made strips are easiest as the tubs of wax can be sticky and messy. Note: If you want to remove wax residue, parafin oil or olive oil can remove it.

well i did that and it was a biggggg mistake because it burned my skin off and it was hard to walk and sit down and when you are on the track team that is when it was the hardest time. i would just use one of those bikini shavers they work really good and they don't burn your skin off...............lol

good luck!!
