Yes Teignmouth is definitely in Devon. Teignmouth is a town on the north bank of the estuary mouth of the River Teign in south Devon, England. The town grew from a fishing port to a fashionable resort of some note in Georgian times with further expansion after the opening of the South Devon Railway on 30 May 1846. In the 2001 census the population of Teignmouth was 15,116.

yeh, its really nice there.

i can recommend a fish and chip shop if you go there, near the sea front and also the beaches are red from the rock around there.
