I am in Ireland so I am used to the Irish accent, which I think is lovely, naturally.
I love the English accent and would listen voices like those of Richard E. Grant and Stephen Fry forever. I also love the Welsh accent and find it very sexy too.

well spoken english irish spanish russian, but i think it depend's more on the voice than the accent like Johnny Depp he has the sexiest voice ever.

I don't have any specific accents that I find sexy but I love Geordies, Brummies and Scousers.
I hate "neddy" Glaswegian accents - anybody from my home city will know what I'm talking about!
