If the skin in your elbows or knees, maybe even armpits is darker than the rest, lime juice will lighten it, from the first time u apply it it'll start doin da job...... i dont knoe if a lot of it could be harmful though....... be careful!!!

Hair and skin both contain melanin, and if lemon juice lightens the melanin in hair, why not in the skin?
Therefore my answer probably would be yes.

It will if the reason for the discoloration is dead skin cells. If you have dark elbows or knees from accumulation of dead skin cells, it works great. Otherwise, I don't know.

Yes, if you go out in the sun it will lighten it, but be careful 'cause it can burn and dry out your hair really bad! I am a hairdresser and I don't recommend it!
