1. Yes it was stress trying to get a date, it wasnt until senior year when i had a regular girl that I could find one. 2.I dont even remember who was prom queen, obviouly not anyone my group hung out with, i dojnt think she could've been too bad, I dont think any of us harbored any ill will to whoever it was. 3.My girl and I both had good parents that wanted us home by curfew so no time for lovemaking. i actually dated a senior girl from another high school when I was 22 (no high school girls shouldn't date guys that old) and it was about the same except she had no curfew, and although she was willing for some post prom lovemaking, I was determined to treat her like a lady, now when she wants to tell her husband or kids about her prom, she's got nothing to hide.Both proms were alot of fun, it was fun getting dressed up dancing.

no, prom is overrated.
i went to 3 proms and skipped my senior prom and hung out with a friend.
the only person who cares about the prom queen is the prom queen and i'm sure some people view it as a cliche to loose the big V on prom night, but i think that's stupid and most of my friends did too.
we just viewed it as a reason to have another party and get drunk and stupid.
it's also a lot of fun to dance etc...however the big thing is getting all dressed up, if you're a girl.
now that you mention it, though...i don't remember too much about my proms. they were pretty uneventful. i can't think of one single memory that sticks out in my mind.
oH i know...my strapless bra kept falling down. yeah, that was a pain.

My date was a little stressful because the first one backed out 3 days before, but I got another one pretty quickly, so it wasn't all bad.
We didn't have a prom king and queen.
It was a lot of fun, I didn't do anything other than the dinner and dance though. I didn't go party and get drunk or anything like that.

Haha in my opinion, it was nothing like in the movies. But I had a great time anyway! (And we weren't allowed to have a prom king or queen). I went with my best guy friend to my prom, and it was the greatest decision ever! Just go with someone you feel comfortable with.

first of all the prom night is nothing I should not have went to mine my bf did not want to go and he made sure I was seing it we only dance one dance then we had to wait away from the rest of the people because he did not know them annyhow aboutloosing your virginity hey maybe if you kept it till there you should keep it for a special someone not juste anyone who will want to on that night and may hurt you a lot after. Think about it and be safe !

Yes, but with more alcohol, just kidding (but not about the alcohol). It's not a stress, I went with my best friend. The prom queen is not always mean - ours was the class secretary and incredibly nice. And sorta, a lot of people do have sex.
But, in my opinion it's fun as hell. You dance, eat, party, socialize, drink, talk. It's your reward for being good students for four years. Enjoy it.

I had a boyfriend, so i didnt have to worry about a date. THe prom queen was actually a very nice girl, not even one of the typical "popular" girls. It was already lost, so no, that wasn't really on my list of goals for the night.

No it was an overrated exp. After prom we went to the club and then Village Inn that was pretty fun.
Prom it self, What a F-en waste unless I was drunk I might of had more fun.

Acual band playing - no, we had a lame-o DJ
It was not typical movie prom at all.
But everyone did go down to crystal beach the next day

no the movies are nothing like real proms
at my prom we lost all power so we had to sit in the dark then 2 guys got up on stage and started beatboxin so we would have some music
