i bought a cold water loach today that was in the shop as a cold water plec i've looked on several forums and apparently the only cold water loach you can get is a weather loach which grow large but mine will only grow to 3 inches can any body suggest any sites where i might find some pics of cold water loaches if not any other info would be appreciated. if anybody needs any more info email me and i will tell you what you need to know to help me.

i was told this loach comes from a river in china

The only coldwater loach I can find is the Japanese Loach
He's long and thin and is generally grayish yellow with dark dots and blotches over the top half of his body.
Species;cobitis biwae
Grows up to 8cm in a tank so don't worry too much there.
Nice and peaceful too he'll sit at the bottom of the tank and clean up all the leftovers for you

i take advantage of warm water for tub. And for drink, relies upon what i'm eating. For coffee and tea, its warm water, for chilly drink, that's chilly water with ice. For eating undeniable water that's generic water, (impartial).
