My phone can play music through bluetooth but can all headsets play the music and not just take calls.

If the bluetooth play what goes throught the receiver will the receiver still make music?

yes the headsets play whatever is going though your reciever and the music is going through the reciever thus playing music

It'll probably sound bad though as only the very latest version of bluetooth can play in stereo

NO!!! If BLUETOOTH FEATURE is ON, the ONLY way you can LISTEN to MUSIC is THRU the LOUDSPEAKER of Your MOBILEPHONE.
The NOKIA 6103 CAMPHONE has 1!!
I have TRIED do this myself!!
