You can do the following:

1) Go to My Computer
2) Right-click the hard drive or local disk and click on properties
3) Click on Disk Clean-up.
4) Then wait a few minutes for the computer to search for removable files that are OK to remove.
5) In the list of stuff they give you, click on the Temporary Internet Files and then click on View Files.
7) Now do what you wanted to do.

Just go to start menu>control panel>internet options.
on "General" tab click "Setting" button from "Temporary Internet Files" area. on the opened window click "view files" and go ahead.

A window will be opened containing the files , so save the ath from address bar for further usage

c:\windows\temporary internet files
this is the location, but it depends on version of windows.
since u can also have c:\documents and settings\user\local\temporary internet files.

Assuming you have Windows XP:

"C:\Documents and Settings\guest\Local Settings"

Replace "guest" with your user login name
