I don't really understand the question...But, at the time you take the pregnancy test & it is positive you consider yourself 1 month pregnant even though conception was approximatley 2 weeks prior to the positive test (not 4 weeks) (Months are lunar months 4 weeks to 1 lunar month). Average 1st pregnancy is 41 weeks 1 day, and pregnancies with prior birth average 40 weeks 3 days. But you can safely go 2 weeks past that. Also the day/night you had sex is not necessiarliy the day/night you conceived, sperm can survive in the vagina up to like 5 days!!! It is very hard if not impossible to know exactly when you concieved. While ultrasound can be an effective tool at the growth of your baby & progression of pregnancy it too is only an estimate!

drs calculate due dates from the last menstrual period, because it's an average of 40 weeks gestation from that point. It's an average of 38 weeks gestation from ovulation. So your Dr says your 31 weeks out of 40, but if you want to look at it as 29 out of 38, it's still the same. Either way, you've got about 9 weeks left. Enjoy it!

They figure out your due date as subtract 3 months -May -April -March and add 7 days, 10 + 7 = 17. Your due date is March 17th.
