Hi, a male here. I honestly can't say I am a dad yet, my wife is in her 27th week, so i guess the experience is new to me yet has reached an advanced level.

The experience so far has been extremely rewarding to both of us emotionally and psychologically. We did not plan this pregnancy so we were both a bit shocked in the beginning, but we are now very happy.

The first few months witnessed a lot of changes in our lives. Our life style has changed, there are restriction on where we can go and this has been a bit hard. Avoiding smoke, no medicine etc have been kind of hard to adapt to.

Our main concern is the health of the baby and we did spend a lot of time and money to make sure the baby is going to be fine. We are still both very scared of any surprise, but we are living with it.

Apart from that we can't wait, we are both very happy and looking forward to the delivery.

Getting to know the gender was an exciting experience, a few more weeks and you will get the chance.
