and when you apply for a high school does the highschool see them and you have a better chance to get into the highschool?

They don't go on your permanent record, but when applying to high schools then you can put what you've done down. However, when applying to colleges only the things that you did while you were in highschool are legitimate for consideration. The only thing that is on your permanent record is disciplinary action stuff, anything involving the police etc.

Permanent records are sort of like the witch in the swamp, it's designed to scare you into behaving. They really do exist and schools do look at them, but what goes on your permanent record are your grades and if you had any academic problems i.e. detention, suspension, ect.
