one big honkin makeover?

Okay, there is a guy i like and he is kinda taking notice. Well it's not going as fast as I would like it to so im gonna up the ante. Im gonna make myself look sexy sexy SEXY set your pants on fire sexy. I need a few tips though. The areas im concerned with is hair, eyes, face, eyebrows, cloths, and anything else that comes to mine. Can you think of any creams to make my face stand out more? Please help because Im about to pull out the big guns and he's gonna get hurt ;)

An instant makeover for your face is an eyebrow waxing. Also, try curling your eyelashes and using blackest black mascara. Makes a huge difference. One other instant face brightener is bleaching your teeth. Try one of those crest 7 day kits.

Okay, first of all you asked for facial creams that would make your face stand out, try Clarins Baume Beauté Eclair (Beauty Flas balm I think) http://us.clarins.com/main.cfm?prodID=89 , it's suppose to give you a radiance boost, of course the results will depend on the condition of your skin and your age: I'm 18 and my skin isn't opaque so the results weren't so obvious, however my aunt is older and her skin definetively looked brighter. Also, if you're young you'll feel how it tightens your face (that's meant to happen) and if your skin is dry you MUST wear it abve your moisturizer. I've heard Laura Mercier's "Secret Finish" is great too!
Also, if you don't have a daily routine, facially speaking, you should start one. Cleansing and Moisturizing are essential, and also toning cause it prepares the skin for getting all the moisturizers benefit. If you already do this great! I think healthy skin is sexy.

As far as clothes go, it depends on you, it depends on what type of sexy you want to be. For example Angelina Jolie is sexy, but it's no what she wears, but what she does, and her attitude that make her sexy. Many people think Pamela Anderson is sexy and that IS because of what she wears, or what she doesn't wear, more likely. So it really depends on you, if you want to have a mysterious kind of sexiness then I'd suggest simple outfits, you know don't overdo it, just try to play off your best assets: if this are your boobs then go for tops that'll show your cleavage just enough to hint a bit of naughtiness (NEVER, I repeat never show too much, it's trashy) and pair it up with great jeans or trousers. If your legs are great, then wear skirts, short or knee high with a simple top. And so on.

Then makeup, I'd also go for simple. And again emphazise your best asset. I think lips are easy to vamp, just add rouge (sorry, lipstick) or gloss in a colour that'll suit you and voilá! Again it depends on what you find sexy: vampiress, boho-chick, sultry etc..
Eyebrows, if you don't twizzer them, then you must (unless they grow perfectly, and exactly where they should) some people look great with thick brows others look good with thin brows, if you can go to a makeupartist/brow artist and do your brows there, cause brows define a lot in people's face.
And finally hair, maybe an extreme makeover from blonde to chocolate brown or something like that, brown is really hot nowadays, maybe something with caramel highlights that make your hair look really glossy would be nice.

Smashbox makes a primer that costs 32 dollars which goes before foundation. Don't do the hair and makeup..the guy will not recognize you. More natural; but made up. Nothing to tight...fitting and use color near your face and nice, fitting jeans with tailored boots. Men find some mystery still sexy...even the younger men. You should just go to a mall department store, find the beauty counter and say that you need help with your makeup. They will do it for you, and give you tips about what to buy and what looks good for your skin tone. To make your face "stand out", buy some bronzer that works well for your skin, as in, make sure it's not too dark.

Go to a salon and have your hair styled and eyebrows waxed. Let the stylist do what he/she wants to your hair.

Find a hot dress in colors like red/black to make you look "bam!"

I find the idea of your whole face standing out from a cream a bit scary. Why don't you try just to wear a darker colored lipstick or lipgloss? That should be enough.
