It depends on what browser you are using. Assuming you are using the latest Internet Explorer you just have to click on Tools and then the first option is Delete Browsing History... There are five buttons if you clear all five of them your browsing history will also be cleared. On the last gen version of Internet Explorer (what most people have) you would go to tools, then internet option, then under one of the tabs you should see Clear History, and Clear Temporary Internet Cache. One those are cleared so it your website history.

basically, if your using internet explorer, go to tools, internet options, browsing history, and delete whatever you want to delete when that window pops up. however, all of the websites still remain in your computer's harddrive, which is why you must get a program that fully deletes your web site history. i'm not sure were to get one, but it seems as if to get one, you must purchase it. i'm sure best buy will have software that will help with this issue. you can also view your previous history by typing control+h, which can be deleted as well.

How to clean up a computer and keep it running smooth and what you need to do.

Click on My Computer icon and locate your hard drive (Local Disc C or ?)
