I think when my mind is far away from the ground, there it comes plenty of mysteries and my self is pretty unknown to me with another day, and to come back, to think in a rational way, it's unknown too, although it's a maybe meaningful to me, and only me...

Accepting only spiritual expierence, tired and hatred people go away

Methinks maybe you trying to find out who you are? Our lives are a mystery, and that alone is what makes us unique. Perhaps, you should explore your thoughts more, or ignore it. Whichever you choose.

I tried sleeping with an irrational mind once and kept getting chased around by the square root of two monsters. Now that was freaky let me tell you. Since then I've stuck to sleeping with a rational mind and only got chased by a regular two monsters, which is a lot easier to deal with when you're snoozing away at 3 am.

i am of fairly rational mind...yet i suffer periodically from sleep paralysis...accompanied by the token presence holding me down by my feet or my neck and the token lucid nightmares...all of this has both a spiritual and rational scientific explanation.....so again i say...it depends on your perception both of the conscious/subconscious state and on your perception of rational...;0)
