That is a heck of a problem - to evaluate the scale of it just look at the article In Wikepedia (I got to it by typing postcodes into Google, but you can get to it from this site). Britain is divided into Postcode areas, and postcodes are allocated within them. As a rule of thumb assume that every group of 6 residences will actually have the same postcode on their mailing addresses. I suspect that you will have to pay for a commercial agency list to get exactly what you want, but to complicate your life more and more people are registering for the Mailing Preference Service to eliminate unwanted or spam mail. In line with that last point - I am not going to wish you luck!

OK, this may seem wierd but will work, go to www.three.co.uk and then go to coverage, the uk map can be shown with post code boundaries!
