I think they are both awesome names, and with exotic first names, the middle names might be better being a little more common. Then again, you did a great job with the names you have, i'm sure anything you come up with will be perfect. When I was pregnant, I had a couple in mind and when I went into the hospital to have her, I just knew which one should be her name. good luck!

I think Michael goes really nice with Jayvon. Also maybe:
Jayvon Alexander
Jayvon Thomas
Jayvon Daniel
Grace goes really nice with La'Keisha also!

The names look like you tried desperately to be unique and trendy and it kind of backfired.
Jayvon Michael has a great flow, but what is Jayvon? I would prefer the biblical Javan, pronounced like JAY-von. It has a history and meaning behind it, which is far better than telling your son you stuck some letters together and that's how you got his name.
The same goes for La'Keisha. I hate apostrophes and random capitalizations. I think Keisha, though a made-up name, is very sweet. Have you considered Keziah? It's pronounced ke-ZIE-ah and is also biblical and very underused.
Overall, I think the combos Javan Michael and Keisha/Keziah Grace are wonderful!
Good luck to you!!

Love the girls name and Michael for the boy, not too crazy about Jayvon though, but if you like it, go with it.

I like Jayvon Michael, but not La'Keisha Grace. I do, however, like Keisha Grace.

I love the name Grace, and I like Michael, but I'm not crazy about the others. Just my opinion.

I don't.
I feel sorry for them every single time they have to repeat the spelling of their name 8 times over the phone, or all the typos on anything official they ever get. Or having to repeat their name to everyone they meet so many times.
How about Jason Michael? Or Karen Grace?
