Yes, she will.,However, the eggs which come down the fallopian tubes will be prevented from coming down, will be absorbed by the body, and will, therefore prevent pregnancy.

Yes, however, she will not be able to become impregnated. The tubes are where the ovaries are attached and the eggs go through to get to the uterus. The period occurs due to the sloughing off of tissue in the uterus when an egg doesn't become fertilized.
