It is entirely possible (it actually happened to me once). The first one can not "get stuck." The vagina is only inches long, the cervix would prevent anything from going up any higher. The cervix is the opening between the uterus and the vagina, and is about the size of a typed "o" - if this ever happens to you, all you have to do is reach in and pull out the first tampon you put in after you take out the second one.

Sure..if the string from the 1st tampon is inside you. It won't be stuck, but you would need to find the string and get it out ASAP. Any tampon left in for longer than the recommended time can cause Toxic Shock Syndrome, which can make you ill. The tampon can't go any further past your cervix, but you need to remove it if there is one in there. If you think you may have left one in, try to find the string and if you can't, call your gynecologist and let he/she know.

Yes, this is absolutely possible as it has happened to me. I went to pull out my tampon and two of them came out. I hadn't realized that I already had one in when I put another one in. After that I tried to be very careful to remember when I had last inserted one. Sometimes the string gets stuck up inside of the vagina and you have to insert your finger and feel around for it. You may feel uncomfortable doing this to yourself but there is nothing wrong in doing it and you won't hurt yourself. After your period is over, you may want to use a lubricant (water, saliva or K-Y jelly but not vaseline) insert one or two of you fingers into your vagina and feel back and forth then up and down just to be sure that you haven't left anything in there. Don't feel embarrassed, it's your body and it's the same thing that a gyne does during a pelvic exam. A tampon left in for a number of days could cause toxic shock or an infection.

Actually it is possible, my poor sister forgot she left one in and inserted another one. She said she freake dout when she realized, but she was able to get it out on her own, but you should always touble check cuz the longer you leave in a tampont he morea t risk you become for toxic shock syndrome.

You could have more than one tampon in at a time, but it wouldn't be "stuck" because once it became saturated, it would fall out or, at least, drop down far enough to get pulled out.

its IS possible, however tampons cannot get lost inside you, so you would be able to retrieve BOTH.
