Liberals have long been known to oppose religious freedom, fabricate constitutional rights and disregard others. Liberals also think affirmative action is good even though they claim to oppose racism. They think that gun control is the answer to increasing violence because they don't understand that only criminals will have guns while the good guys will be defenseless if guns are outlawed. In addition, if a Democrat does something wrong (Bill Clinton committed perjury and Ted Kennedy committed murder, just to name a few) why do all the Democrats rally around and support that person. Finally, liberals call themselves progressives, but they can't even move on after an election when their guy lost fair and square with a 7-2 Supreme court ruling (half liberals) in Bush's favor to top things off. Democrats are constantly whining about ethics but they have none. Why the hypocrisy? How do liberals think they are right when they obviously lack very important values?

It's an unbelieveable character flaw with which a lot of libs are afflicted. They can only see their side of the argument, and they whine a lot.

Let me make a list.

1) We don't oppose religious freedom, it just has to be moderated. The first amendment limits it to beign able to believe but not practice. Thus, you can't blow up a car because your savior told you to.

2) We fabricate constitutional rights? What the **** about that little Patriot Act? Holy **** have you been in a coma or something? We've been stripped of our right to privacy so we can defend this country. How about capturing Osama Bin Laden you nutbag?

3) Affirmative Action is anti-racism. It lets people of other minorities get an equal oppurtunity in a world full of successful white men.

4) The gun control isn't banning guns. It keeping assault rifles, shotguns, heavy handguns under control. I'd rather take a dehabilitating safe gun over a lethal one any day. Just knock the criminal out until the police arrive, what's with the facination to kill?

5) Your allegations are rediculous. If you want to play that game, Bush orchestrated 9/11, Condoleeza blew me in back of her BMW, and Cheyney is gay. That's right. That's all 100% true. Oh and don't forget that huge republican coverup in Congress. I believe Foley was convicted of pedefilism. Huh, talk about hypocrisy.

6) How was the last election "fair and square". The electoral vote is flawed. The man with the common vote lost, how's that progressive? And finally, don't even bring up the 2000 elections. Al Gore lost because of Florida, a state where a candidates brother governs.

Dude, you are an idiot. There's a counterpoint to everything and nearly every point you made is fabricated or biased beyond belief. Hating a political party because of some shitty statements is rediculous. What you said is not what America is about.

They don't lack these values. Otherwise conservatives would not have lost the mid term elections. Let's see 1. Religious Freedom:
We have a separation between church and state - otherwise worship or not as you please. 2. Fabricated Constitutional Rights - at one time slavery was constitutional, 3. Affirmative Action: What is wrong with it? 4. I own guns - see nothing wrong with them 4.
Bill Clinton, still a better president than either Bush and...the Republican lynch mob could not get an impeachment to go forward. 5. Ted Kennedy, ? Murder ? and how many died on Bush's watch? - Tens of thousands of innocent people and counting! 6. Rallying around Clinton ? Of course I would.
I don't care about someones sex life. Clinton could have a harem and it would not affect me. I did not think Ken Starr, Gingrich, Hyde, ( who also had affairs) were good people either. 7. The 2000 election? It was a stolen election and the court voted 5 to 4 - ALL conservatives voting to appoint Bush to the presidency. It was a right wing coup. Bush LOST the popular vote. 2000 was a stolen election, nothing fair and square about it.

I see how the Republicans very important values are turning the US into a war mongering police state. Thankfully you guys lost the House and Senate as a referendum on Mr. Bush and his war. Not far off I hope are the subpoenas and hearings. Its time for some accountability.

Friend-you have the Supreme court decision slightly wrong there...

Bush v. Gore, 531 U.S. 98 (2000), was a United States Supreme Court case heard on December 11, 2000, which determined the outcome of the 2000 Presidential election. In three separate opinions, a 7-2 majority of justices found that a ballot recount then being conducted in certain counties in the State of Florida was to be stopped due to the lack of a consistent standard. A 5-4 majority further declared in a per curiam opinion that there was insufficient time to establish standards for a new recount that would meet Florida's deadline for certifying electors.[1]

The decision stopped the recount that was occurring in Florida and allowed Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris to certify George W. Bush as the winner of Florida's electoral votes. Florida's 25 electoral votes gave Bush a majority of the electoral college with 271 votes and enabled him to win the Presidency.

The 7-2 decision was a decision that Florida(like most other states) violated the Equal Protection Act by having different counties having different standards for vote counting. (The county election bodies in the US set the standards normally).

The 5-4 decision(with all liberals against) decided the election because there wasn't time to count-also that the violation of the Equal Protection Act was irrevelant because of time restraints.

5-4, the justices disagreed on whether there was time for democracy to work....

There's almost nothing you can say about one of the political parties that doesn't have a counterpart in reverse. Choose your poison. I have one big issue with your comment, however. Liberals do not oppose religious freedom. They are more open to it than Conservatives. (That's what "liberal" means, by the way.) Liberals are just against someone force-feeding one particular religion and having the audacity to claim that it has the monopoly on values. But I'm wasting my time.

I do not support Bush, but I agree, in large part not all, with what you are saying. You have only detailed half of the problem though. The same EXTREMISM falls on the other side of the coin. The CONS are too strict for the most part. Everything is black and white, for both.

The truth can be found in the gray areas. We need to abolish the two-party stranglehold on our nation. We will only realize freedom when we have independent thinkers in power. As it is, they are all taking orders from overseas bankers and are intentionally dividing us as a means of ongoing control.

And these people are killers. We MUST abolish the two-party division.

It is not a question, it is a statement. Poor soul, how can you think that Conservatives are the only ones who possess high morality. But you are entitled to your opinion like anybody else.
Never mind a dense fog in your head that clouds visibility. God bless you, with all your crazy ideas. That is what makes the world turn around: we all are different.

Oppose religious freedom? Uh no. Conservatives are the ones that push Christianity down the nations throats despite Seperation of Church and State.

excuse me. I don't lack morals. i do not oppose religious freedom. I do oppose shoving your religion down another person's throat.
Affirmative action ensures that minorities in the work place are hired. I do think it is a bit outdated, though. it does have problems.
I do not want to take your guns away. you have the right to them. i can't change this so don't get worried.
I do not support murderers and thieves. I do believe people can change however. and everyone makes mistakes. but this is not only seen in the democratic party. it's in every party where rich people can get away with whatever they want.

The National-Union believes that the hypocrisy is due to a lack of integrity and decisiveness in tactics. Their strategy is to delay the weighty issues instead of resolving them. Their party is too afraid to admit a mistake and build a constructive course to resolve the crisis immediately, http://www.voteprimous.com

Actually the same question should be asked, but the words changed into "conservatives" and conservative lawmakers. Because you know what? Both parties are just as guilty.
