I am thinking that it is Hibbing. It is one of the towns in the "Iron Range". I was in Sales and traveled to that area for work and remember driving past the NWA call center.
Hibbing, MN or Virginia, MN.

That brought back some memories.

I live two hours away from Hibbing and it does have the call center.
