Sure. I have a place like that too. It wasn't just the place that you loved, it's what you did there that made you love it so much. Talk about that and what impact it had on your life.

I think it all depends on why the place was so memorable. If you explain why this place was so significant, that it would be ok. Did you have a feeling come over you of peace? Did you realize how small you really are? Did you learn something about yourself?
My personnal experience would be on a cruise when I was younger, and looking out onto the sea. And where the stars ended the black sea started. It was the most memorable and beautiful places I have ever been. And to me it made me realize what a great job God does for us, and made me be thankful that I was alive to experience that beautiful site.
Good luck with you paper.

The time you spent there can certainly be counted as memorable. But do re-work your essay. Firstly a higher standard of achievement will be required now that you are a year older. Also, many teachers come down hard on what they regard as "self-plagiarism" - so take avoiding action. Good luck.

Sure, your trip to a certain place can be memorable time- for whatever reason. You might just have to tweak the paper a bit as to WHY it was memorable, and how THAT applies to this class, versus the other class and that assignment.

Yes , I think it would work. Anything could be a memorable moment, so this is fairly subjective. Word of caution on recycling your own paper. Teachers, especially hs ones!, do talk to each other. Just a heads up that you might get caught; some teachers do not allow this.
