Ok...I had sex with a guy between Dec. 26-29. He didnt finish in me but he said he leaking alot. My shot wasnt due till January 4th. We had sex again about 1 week ago and I already had taken my shot. He finished in me and we kind of stayed there for a couple seconds. My periods are sooo irregular right now I wouldnt know of a missed period. I havent had any blood spotting since like 2 days before we had sex the first time. When i got my shot, like 5 days later I was taking Nyquil. Is it also true that it could cancel out my shot? Could I be pregnant? Or am I going be ok?

I got pregnant on the patch and the nuva ring. My cousin got pregnant on the shot. No birth control is 100% effective.

Ok, there is always a chance you could be pregnant when you have sex...The only way to be absolutely sure you will not get pregnant is not having sex at all!!! If you're worried about it take a pregnancy test and most of all....pay attention to what your doctor tells you about your shot!!!! Ask questions of him/her when you go to get your shot!

My sis got pregnant on the shot. They said the chances were good that things would end up abnormal (for lack of better terms) and she had an abortion. It was terrible. She had just got ton her shot again prior to finding out.

The shot is 99% effective when used correctly ie: getting it on time, etc. I doubt you are pregnant. Take a test in a month. Good Luck!

I GOT PREGNANT ON THE SHOT AND ON THE PILL AND ON THE PATCH. IF IT IS MEANT FOR YOU TO HAVE A BABY IT WILL HAPPEN.
