You know the sad thing about that show is that it's like 10 years old and they are still playing it on Nick at Night ... I hate that show .. it's so boring .. but IF I HAD to pick on I would say that dumb girl .. I think she's the neighbor ... She act's really stupid .. I don't know her name .. I think it's Kimmy ..

Ben Seaver-performed with information from Jeremy Miller. basically annoying adequate to Mike and Carol, comically devilish, honest brother habit.
