I have been married for 2 years and my husband always use to be a mama's boy and when we got married within a year I changed him but his mom is always calling him an putting stuff in his head and he starts acting funny with me and I don't know why he takes that turn? his mom vowed when we got married that our marriage was not going to last may I add she does no like me becauase I dont't take her **** she is very manipulative? Now I am scared advice anyone?

This is your husband's responsibility to not let his mother influence him so much (you are now the #1 woman in his life) and also to protect you from his mother.
Discuss this with him and I hope for your sake that he will stand up for you.

You didn't change him honey, people don't change when they get married, they are still the same people they were BEFORE they got married, he was just behaving in a manner that OBVIOUSLY wasn't who he really was. You KNEW he was a mammas boy BEFORE you married him yet you made the CHOICE to marry him, now you want to whine and complain about his mother? She's not the problem honey, YOU are. His mother was right...your marriage isn't going to last...Because you married him under false pretenses. You married in order to change him, not because you loved him. You lied when you took your vows so of course the marriage isn't going to last. Marriages based on lies never do.

What ever happened to the days when you ask for your significant other's parents blessings before marriage? It would save people a lot of trouble and heartache.
If she doesn't like you from the start then you have an uphill road.
Try to get on her good side. Buy groceries for her. Spend time with her to help her with things (ex. dinner, etc.). Get sweet with her. Hopefully she'll let her guard down and trust you to be with him. Hopefully the mind games will stop. Hopefully she'll give you her blessing.
As for the mama's boy thing. Talk to your husband. Tell him that you can't compete with his mother. Find out if he wants to be with you or mommy. This conversation should have happened before the marriage. Good luck.

You need to try to get in with this woman - ultimately she is his mother and nothing will change that - blood is thicker han water etc. If you get her on side you can ensure that she does not fill your husbands head with anything that you dont want. You need to play this game too. The mother is probably insecure because you are a bigger part of her sons life - try to understand her a little more and make her your friend...either just to make life easier or perhaps to have a proper bond with her eventually.

I dumped a fiance because he was a mama's boy and I could not tolerate the MAMA!
You need to speak to your husband. He is YOUR husband, NOT HER's....voice your concerns in a LOVING way, do not freak out. Do not attack the Mama, MOST OF ALL do not attack her!

I had the same problem, but then we moved to Spain for 3 years and the problems were over. We became very attached. So, move away and change your Ph number. lol

A man's pure and unconditional love to a woman ,is his mother,his mother is in high pedestal compare to you. she is the number one woman in is life,even she is already gone she is still in his heart. He can change wife or lovers as many as he wants' but his mom is always in his heart. If I were you I will love his mom. I will not bad mouth his mom to ,It is a territorial issues .2 years is shaky condition,to stamp your territory against his mom. I will play my card very well to get his mom on my side.
