During sex, is it ok to swallow fluids of my gf such as saliva, and ***, and if by mistake, I took my own ***, does it have side effects?

As far as fluids from your partner, as long as you know that they are disease free, then there is no problem with swallowing. Swallowing your own fluids would make no difference and there would be no side effects.

You have to make sure your girlfriend is disease free. For example, if she has AIDS, you could get HIV from her from swallowing her fluids. So you need to be tested for STDs if you want to know definately.

as long as you both are healthy then go for it...i have swallowed my own jism when i ate my wife out after i c-me in her..she has swallowed it when i have c-m in her mouth nothing wromg with...just plain ole sexy
