This case is a perfect example of exactly why Americans and the rest of the world need to stop convicting people through the media. Just because the police make and arrest, or just because some D.A. brings up charges on someone and maybe even gets an indictment handed down on them does not mean they are guilty. Wait unlt an actual Jury gives its verdict.

Innocent except for hiring a stripper who then tried to make a quick buck off of false accusations. Her story keeps changing.

looks like they are only guilty of making a bad choice by hiring a pathetic loser as a stripper.
how many men's dna did they swab off of her? and NONE of it matched any of the duke players. it's ridiculous that these guys had to put their life on hold for this long. i hope they can salvage something out of all this.

I think they're all spoiled little punks who of course did something "out of line" to the stripper. But, i think the stripper probably knew what she was doing and was prolly trying to get a payoff or something.
I was about to vomit watching the duke players families on that news show- your boys are little angels-yeah right!
and why did they show the girl had a history of mental problems like it was a smoking gun- does that mean she could not have been raped!?
but yes, nifong is an idiot, and the boys can't be held w/o evidence.

To my way of thinking, although they probably didn't rape that woman, they invited this trouble upon themselves by hiring a stripper to their college residence. I understand there is little the school can do since it was off campus housing, but they have brought shame on that school, and I think the school should take some action against them. Those little pricks have probably the cost that school tons of money in terms of lost enrollment/tuition dollars and attorney's fees etc just so they could get a stripper.

Considering how many times the accuser has changed her story. I'm surprised the trial is still going on.

I do also! I heard there were videos of two of them going to an ATM machine at the time she said, and there are also phone records showing a phone calls she made during the alleged "rape"

There are consequences to unChristianlike behavior. They are guilty of underage drinking, having a party contrary to University and team rules, they exploited a woman for prurient interests. Guilty of a crime? Probably not. Innocent? Hardly.

She sounds mentally unstable. She should get help. There is no dna evidence linking them to her so uh, i guess they are innocent.
