Frankly, I do not know of any school that tells you THAT YOU MUST SHOWER after PE. It depends. For one thing, it depends how clean and maintained with SOAP, the bathrooms are. I for one will not take a shower if there are no soaps around. It has to do with killing bacteria and minimizing the problem of harmful bacteria in such a public place. Second, it depends on how much you stink. If you are really soaking wet with perspiration or you are too dirty from soil, dirt or any debris, then by all means take a shower but see previous sentence.
Personally, I hardly ever use the bathrooms because our house is just no more than five minutes ( as most of students are anyway) from the school. So, I just take a shower as soon as I go home. Obviously, if you are not going home directly because of some outside errands or appointments, then shower.
Do not be bullied into taking a shower or not taking a shower because of fear that you will be ridiculed about the size of your member or breast. The above reasons are good reasons to Stand your ground.
