I am in New England and have yet to see an on line mortgage go through. The money just never shows up.

Paying a utility bill or purchasing a gift is fine online, but a mortgage? No way! Too many factors involved. I would suggest going to the bank, or broker. Banks will help if you have great credit, but if you dont go to a broker. Have a meeting face to face and have them give you a good faith estimate. Mortgage Consultant.

I would NEVER do any kind of business transaction like that unless it was face to face.
