i think the girl is..she seems a lot older and more mature than the character disney has her playing...
but the concept of the show is sooo ridiculous...she only plays local shows? oy..why question the logistics?

This is Disney's answer to American Idol so kids can fantasize about becoming famous very young.
Somewhere between Bratz and any of Hillary Duff's old shows. For a kid, I'd say it's about average, not really hip, even Bratz would probably be considered more hip.
But, when you look at what became of Mickey Mouse Club member Britney Spears and Christina along with Hillary Duff, let's face it...it's nothing new and kinda nasty toward kids who don't have "the look" (like the people in the show), even though it pretends to be a "family friendly nice kid series". Same goes with "That's So Raven" and so many of the new Disney spinoffs.

i think that show is cool even though its on disney channel its still good people just think because its on a little kid channel that its lame

No. It's really kind of a stupid idea when you think about it. The music sucks eggs, too.
