Lesbians are people just anyone else - some are saints some are going to hell. Some wil give you the shirt off their back, some will rob you blind. Just like with all other people - don't bug them and they won't bug you. They give people the benefit of the doubt. They don't like it when straight men won't take no for an answer. Other than that, they don't have a problem with men.

No, not usually.

I've many lesbian friends. Not one I know of has anything against men, except that they aren't attracted to them.

Lesbians don't have sex with guys because they aren't attracted to them, not because they hate them. Straight women are much more likely to hate men than lesbians. Think about it.

That is not true (though there are some militant feminists of that stripe--both lesbian and straight)

In fact I just wrote an entry on my blog that was anti-guy bashing: http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-GgIFACYzfqWx8YwvtspSWVmWzA--?cq=1&p=5383

Lesbians are just women who are attracted to other women AND are either repulsed or non-plussed by male sex. It DOES NOT mean they do like men as people.

Indeed I find that the women who hate men the most are the hetero women who have just broken up with some guy or who have had several bad experiences with them.

No, it would only seem that way thanks to the media and guys who get denied. Not all lesbian HATE men. Not wanting to be in a relationship with a man doesnt mean a woman hates him.

Don't perpetuate lies. Most lesbians I've talked to (and I've conversed with many over the years) do not hate men at all. They're simply not sexually attracted to them. It doesn't make any sense for them to hate men. They don't really have to deal with them. If anything it's us straight women who would have issues with men. We have to deal with them in intimate relationships.

I don't know what lesbians you've been hanging out with, but not the one's I know.

Personally, I adore men!! I just don't want to sleep with them. I love my father, my brother, my son, my Uncle's, my male Cousins, my male friends...I adore all of them and truly appreciate their presence in my life.

Only when you enter a lesbian bar are you frowned upon. Outside of that I haven't had any problems.
