Featherweights are so popular that if you do a general internet search you will find something.
You could also take it to a good sewing store, if the ladies there are experienced sewers they can probably help you.

I think it's yahoo groups,that has a whole group just for featherweight owners.Try them and they will lead you to a whole series of links.Through them I found out about my mother's old machine.I think they call themselves "Featherweight Fanatics".I don't think Singer has the manuel for these anymore,but you can get copies,sorry ,can't remember where. Haven't a clue how to thread it......but, you lucky lady you!!! Congrats on the purchase of your featherweight and hope you got a real deal on it!!! My sister has a featherweight and when all her other machines go on the "fritz" she pulls out the featherweight and away she goes.....
