A change of diet to include more fresh fruits and vegetables and cut out red meat. Then every night before bed wash yourself with a good all-natural herbal soap and pat yourself dry. Rubbing causes skin inflammation. Then get several pieces of Aloe Vera plant, cut the edges off and smear the areas you want to improve with the gel. Aloe vera is used in hospitals worldwide for burn patients to alleviate scarring and dulling the pain. However, there is probably no better use than for improving your skin. Using this natural product and using fresh fruits and vegetables can do nothing except improve your whole body's systems inside as well as out. Also, drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water and walk at least two miles every day. In thirty days or less you will notice a tremendous difference in your entire being. Happy days.

I have oily skin and my face gets really dull. Aveeno has great exfoliating pads for the face. My sister and I both use them, I use the sensitive ones. We both follow up with Dove face moisturizer(again, I use the sensitive formula). You can find them at Target or Wal-Mart, for $6 - $7. For the body, you can try a body scrub. There are a lot of good ones out there, I've tried several and no one was better than the other. I believe you can do an internet search to find recipes to make your own. Good luck!

For overall body - Shea Butter (unrefined) I love that stuff

For your face - I just use an apricot scrub, followed by a good moisturizer w/ a sunblock.... I don't think that's an ethnic thing though.
