I have a Palm t/x, and surfing the internet is painful at best. Most web sites aren't designed with mobile devices in mind. It's no better than surfing with a cell phone.

The Palm t/x has wifi capability.

Yes, most of the PALM units will surf the Internet. In my opinion and a Cingular Agent, I believe the Treo series, especially the Nitro and the Pearl give you a very good Internet experience. As close to a laptop as you will get, especially if you are looking for a unit that will run on Windows platform and run Adobe and PDF formatted files along with Microsoft Excel. Hope this helps.

Agree with Dude, both E2 and TX you mentioned can either have SDIO WiFi or built-in but surfing on a PDA is not good for the fact the designs don't fit well.

You can only surf the internet with a palm pda under a few conditions
1.) Your palm Has Wifi built in
2.) You have a wireless internet source (wifi Signal) and your palm has wifi built in.
3.) Your device is also a cell phone with a any cellular service provider. This instance would most likely be dial up speeds and you would have to contact your cell phone provider and pay for a data package to get internet via your cell line. There is a back door to this but you must have enough cell phone minutes to use. The BACKDOOR OPTION IS "WWW.BAMNET.COM. THIS SERVICE ALLOWS YOU TO USE YOUR CELL PHONE AS A TELEPHONE LINE LIKE TRADITIONAL DIAL UP. IN WHICH INSTANCE YOU MUST HAVE A MODEM BUILT INTO YOUR UNIT. MOST UP TO DATE CELL PHONES HAVE A MODEM BUILT INTO THEM ESPECIALLY SMART PHONES. THE SERVICE IS PURCHASED IN BLOCKS OF MINUTES AND IS USUALLY UNDER A PENNY A MINUTE! THE THING YOU HAVE TO KEEP TRACK OF, IF YOU CHOSE TO USE THIS SERVICE, IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOUR ON THE INTERNET BECAUSE IT ACTUALLY BURNS YOUR CELL MINUTES. NOT A PROBLEM FOR UNLIMITED NIGHT AND WEEKEND PLANS OCCASIONAL INTERNET USE THINGS LIKE THAT. CHECK IT OUT IF YOUR PALM IS A CELL PHONE..CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!!

I have not explored bluetooth options yet.
