I live in Canada....All these meal menus are are served at my house.... CHINESE is very popular! We order every pay friday!
Breakfast- yogurt with granola mixed in to it
a banana
- or oatmeal
- or bacon, sausages, eggs, pancakes and toast
( on Sundays )
Lunch- tuna sandwich, hot soup, milk
- or egg salad sandwich, fruit, juice and cottage cheese
- or yogurt, a sandwich, fruit....
( you get the idea )
Dinner- salad (always) boneless, skinless chicken breast, mashed potatoes and 2 kinds of vegetables, served with a fruit salad at the end!
- meat, potatoes or rice, and veggies and fruit almost every night.
- pasta 2-3 times in a 7 day week.
*** We snack on fruit, raw veggies and chocolate!
