Hey Natmonkey,

You should call the station. Determine what the reputation of the company is giving the audition. You could just go, and be sure not to give any money. If you were to get hired, the agent should simply take a cut. Bring a big burley person with you, and don't go into a motel room alone with someone - that has happened in the past. If you can get the agency name, look them up on the internet, call the Chamber of Comerce to see if any scams have been reported. Here are some advise sites below.

Do it but if they tell you that you have to pay any $$$ then it is a scam and do not go along with it!

its not a scam unless they ask for money. You should actually use some of your acting skills to call the #, and act as a fake person. Ask simple FAQ and see wat they say!!
