The world's tallest "dwarf" (is the proper word) couldn't be over 4'10" or they wouldn't be a dwarf. Anyone taller than that is NOT considered a dwarf. Dwarf's by the way.....are insulted to be called midget.......another proper term is Little People or LP. Hope this helps.... The world's tallest man, Robert Wadlow, Alton, IL, was nearly 8 ft. He died of an infection in his toe. Have a great day!
