What should I write in My Job request that I put in my file??

I want to apply for a job in the University in Microbiology....thet told me to put in my file some paper & among them is a job reques..I don't know what to right...please help me..I'll pick a best answer...

Try putting in a request of tenure at the university. If you are still attending, and this particular university has such a thing, you may be accepted as adjunct faculty...which in my community that is part time. That's the way most can then apply for full time status. But that's in MI. I don't know which university you are referring to.
