'plc' means 'Public Limited Company'.

This means they are a 'big' Company and have shares quoted on the Stock Exchange.

It also means that, if you can be bothered to look for it, they will have a Web site where (I expect) you can find pages called 'Information for Investors' & 'Corporate Strategy' (or some such) where they set out their aims and intentions.

They also issue Company Reports - these are also available on the Web and should not be too hard to find.
