He looks mixed breed and a mismarked coloring. The white spots are not proper coloring for a purebred showable Polish rabbit or Netherland Dwarf.
He actually looks more Polish than Netherland though. Netherland Dwarf rabbits have a very blocky head and super short ears.

Netherlands, in my journey, very many times have terrible temperaments. whilst there are some man or woman exceptions, they do have a tendency to be nippy and maximum might somewhat not spend time with you. As a conventional rule, the smaller the rabbit, the fewer possibly they're to decide to have interplay with you, and the extra possibly to chew first and ask questions later. I strongly propose between the huge breeds for a time-honored-time proprietor, which contain a Californian, huge-unfold Satin, huge-unfold Rex, American, New Zealand, Harlequin, Flemish huge, huge Chinchilla, French Lop, and so on. in case you experience you could desire to have a small breed, inspect the Dwarf Lop or the Mini Lop. they have a tendency to be friendlier and much less bitey than different up-eared further-sized rabbits.
