Washing and bathing both imply using water to clean one-self. Washing implies using a cloth to clean areas such as the face etc. while bathing means to immerse the body in a bath, then to wash the total body in the bath.

Lets see, the difference is the w, b and the s. they are alike in the a, i,n,g. Bathing is done in the tub and washing is done in the sink. For example I'm washing my hands, arms, or face, Bathing your naked inside of the tub cleaning every part of your body. Hopefully

Both refer to using (usually) water to cleanse. Bathing is normally the more complete cleansing of the whole person (or thing, e.g. a pet), while washing can he applied more generally to a complete or partial cleansing using water. Washing also has the meaning of laundering clothing.
