where can i get pcb fluid or a ferric chloride solution?

i need to know if pcb was band from sale or if i can still get it. and where.
i heard that raido shack had it " if so why" and if i can not get it any where does any one know how to synthizace it some one please help.

PCB's are indeed banned from sale and use. It may be possible to buy minute amounts of the different isomers for use as standards when testing for PCB's in nature. You would have to demonstrate that yours is a company authorized to have such materials.
