Is your antivirus program up to date? Do U have Mcafee I suggest that U but McAfee 8-n-1. It's great. U can clean up Ur system & it will run 30% faster. U are clicking on control panel & add/remove programs and removing then that way right. That is the only way to remove them. If that's what Ur doin & it's not removing them go get the software I suggest. I bought it at Wal-Mart for $50. Other places & on line have it but U have to use the mail in rebate to get it for $50. Download "Your Uninstaller, Advanced Uninstaller, Magic Utilities, Super Utilities, or TuneUp Utilities,(just to name a few thst are all ten times better than the Add and Remove programs from Windows). You can get any of these with a free 30 trial at these sites: download. com, Major Geekes, Tucows, or Softpedia.

Are you signed in as computer administrator ?To add and remove you must be the pc administrator.
