at what tempurature is it considered below freezing? and where in the U.S and Canada does it get the coldest? And in the whole world?

Below freezing refers to the freezing point of water. Anything under 32 degrees fahrenhiet, or 0 celsius. In general, I would say the farther north or south of the equator you go, the colder it will get, though various factors influence that.

Freezing of water is 0 deg Celsius or 32 deg Fahrenheit.

I'm certain Canada get's colder than the US.

32 degrees is freezing so anything below that is "below freezing"
