I don't know about that web-site itself, but usually there are buttons that if you press it, they will e-mail your password to you. The buttons say something like; "I've lost my pastword; I don't remember my password." Also, you can contact someone for support of the game.

what shaddow said is correct. put in your username and click forgot password. they will email it or a new ont to your email. from then access the site and goto change password in my account,
