How to do a search for URLs with some specific keyword in them?
Can Google or Yahoo! do that?

click advanced search, then occurances in Google
Yahoo also advanced search then the drop down menus click 'in the URL'

Yes they can!

Search for your usual string, such as

Xbox 360 games

Then add +[term] to the string, this will get you.

Xbox 360 games +microsoft +fps

Which would turn up pages about Xbox 360 Games, with META (keyword) tags of Microsoft and FPS. (First person shooter)

Let's say if you want to search computer in cnet.com. Search for 'Computer site:http://www.cnet.com'
in google.
