That is a great question! I wish I had an answer. I just think people don't give a s**t anymore. They don't want to be bothered to help anyone even though its there job. Plus I think employers don't do a thorough enough job when they hire CSR's. People who are in customer service really need to be people oriented. I have been in customer service for years and I always try to put myself in the shoes of the people I'm dealing with. And I think being in customer service myself makes me that much more critical of others who are in the same line of work. You have to want to help people! I think most just don't care and don't want to be bothered. Like you are disturbing them by asking them for something. I think we will see a continued trend in this type of customer service and that is just frustrating to me. If you don't want to help people then find another job!

it may well be the branch you've been at or it might nicely be that monetary employer's way of operating ordinarily. also, i'd imagine the folk operating at banks those days are lower than pressure about the monetary difficulty and the questions they ought to regulate all day. No excuse for undesirable habit, of direction. attempt searching on line to be sure in case you are able to song down an instantaneous telephone huge style (no longer an 800 #) for his or her company headquarters or maybe an digital mail for the CEO. call or digital mail them and clarify precisely what exceeded off and why you're dissatisfied. See what their reaction is. in the experience that they cost your corporation, they're going to make issues excellent. in the experience that they don't do some thing, flow all of your money owed elsewhere. there are various of judgements obtainable so there is not any reason to address blunders AND undesirable customer service. good success.

There are so many rude people everywhere. You can attribute part of it (the customer's part) to cell phone use. I don't know, it's like you put a phone in the hands of a driver and suddenly that's all that matters. For clerks, I guess it's just the pressure from the boss that makes them rude to us. I have had so many store clerks give me nasty looks because I look young, and I have walked out on several would-be sales, just because of a clerks attitude. People need to straighten up and consider others.

I don't know what happened. I will be checking out at the grocery store and the woman/man doing it won't say one word to me the entire time I'm there. Then on the way out I'll usually say "your welcome" and they usually do a double take. If you don't want to be working where you are and can't do it nicely, then quit!

Civility comes from a good upbringing. Parents who don't teach politeness (and enforce it) raise rude kids.
