Do not use the drain lines!
Go to the hardware store and buy a "diffuser for dryers".
It is a box in which you plug in the dryer hose and this diffuses the air and catches the lint also. You can leave this box inside the house if you don't mind a little hot air.
Cheap, simple and efficient !!!

Always run a dryer vent as close as possible to the outside. Always keep in mind that lint will accumulate in bends, and doesn't travel up very well. Also remember that lint is combustible!
Don't use an indoor lint trap/vent with a gas dryer!Don't use an indoor lint trap/vent in the summer. Puts too much heat and humidity in the air, which in turn has to be removed by the air conditioning. It does work rather well in the winter, but always use a lint trap of some kind when venting indoors.

How did a new house get built without a dryer vent? Maybe u need to contact the contractor and have them install it.
If u cannot go to an exterior wall then u can build a furr out difusior to the attic and through the roof. I am not a true believe of going to the roof because the cfm air flow of a dryer is reduced by length and height of exit, which means they will clog up with lint.

Go to the hardware store and pick up and inside vent Your hose runs right into a plastic pan of water an thats what keeps the lint down an puts the heat right back into the air along with the moisture that you need this time of year. There only about 10 dollars

Go to the hardware store and buy some vent pipe or hose.
If you vent inside you can do that but you should have a dehumifier to remove the moisture from the air.
They make vent kit bypasses that allow the heated air to return to the room.

No. This will not work - there are traps in these drains to prevent odor from rising up & out of them, added you wouldn't want to add all the lint to the drain either, So it must exit out of the structure.

Nah, you need more venting than that will give you.
Go up! You don't have to put it inside the wall unless you are particular how it appears. Straight thru the roof with a flashing well installed.
