During the day go for manicures, pedicures and facials and then have lunch out somewhere. Then do some shopping or go to a museum in the afternoon. After that, rent some total chick flicks, order pizza and drink wine all night!

most importantly ask them
but I'll give some ideas
go shopping
go to a spa
don't make anything too planned
eat out
go to a club
get strawberrys and dip them in chocolate while watching good movies
go to a movie.. "The Holiday" is really cute
make sweet treats as you talk (popcorn, cookies, smoothies, salsa... check out the links)
go to a sports game or concert
take pictures
go to starbucks or a cafe and just talk
having a sleepover is still fun once in a while
buy shoes
play games

Go shopping at the hottest stop near your home, whether or not it is a few hours away. Afterwards, hit up a spa! Then go eat somewhere nice. And pick a place to stay up at and just spend the night reminiscing on old times, eating popcorn, watching movies, dancing, whatever you used to do growing up.

You can do a home spa thing if you don't have the funds to do a real spa thing. Put on face and hair masks while you watch a trashy movie or reality show (just to be able to rip the people in it apart, of course).

Do a pedicure and manicure. Go get your make up done. Just shop and have fun.
I like going to a restaurant and sitting at the bar having fun with the girls just gossiping. Its not too loud and most dont like the total bar scene

I would dress up and go to the bar for a few drinks.. Remember to designate a Driver and be safe.... If you aren't old enough for that get a few new release videos and order in... Hang out and have lots of boy talk.. Take lots of pics..

Go to a day spa in during the day, have massages, facials, pedicures then go home get dressed up and go to a hot club.
Or go to a ceramic place like Color me Mine and paint, movies, dinner, or have a fondue party at one of your houses and invite a bunch of friends.
Have fun!!!!!!!!! :)

I have found some websites. I am not sure if you and your friends are into crafts but the first site has cool crafts you guys could do while talking about what has been going on or gossiping on guys etc. There are also lists of other things to do.
Here is instructions for crazy bowling! Go to a toy store and get your own kids set of bowling pins and you are all set!
Frame 1 - Have someone stand in front on you, legs spread. Roll the ball through their legs.
Frame 2 - Bowl with eyes closed or blindfolded.
Frame 3 - Bowl wearing fingerless mittens (not gloves, in other words). Oven witts would really up the challenge.
Frame 4 - If you're a righty, bowl with your left hand. If your a lefty, bowl with your right hand.
Frame 5 - Sit on the floor and bowl by pushing the ball forward with your feet.
Frame 6 - Roll a pair of dice. If you get that score on your first roll, it counts as a strike.
Frame 7 - Bowl in slow motion.
Frame 8 - Get someone else in the bowling alley, who is not with your group, to bowl one frame for you.
Frame 9 - Bowl backwards, either between your legs or in whatever other way you can manage.
Frame 10 - Spin in circles five times and then bowl immediately.
